It was a nice cozy and comfortable stay at Part Hotel. The location is excellent, quite near the beach and metro station is just about a minute walk. This hotel is bang opp Estacio De Franca rail station.

Park Hotel has a great location (although it is not beachfront,) and was the perfect place to crash after long days of exploring. Although the pool was not clean (it's not pool season,) the view from the roof is AMAZING. My room was nice if not a little worn. The black out blinds are very very good.
