What an amazing place. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The facilities all look very new. The location on a beautiful beach was spectacular (especially sunsets). The breakfast included traditional English, French, American and Thai options. We never ate lunch! Staff helped us make reservations at a local steak house and recommended a tailor who did excellent work. Hope to stay again some day.

Great getaway hotel for couples although there were some rugrats about. Very friendly smiley staff. Always helpful. Good range of water sports facilities (non motorized). Only downside was noise from jet skis adjacent to hotel beach and especially the morons who insist on driving up and down along the edge of the swimming area. Spa also great and very good massages. Food great although the price of all-in barbecue and cocktail evening a bit steep. That said, the degustastion menu in the Thai was great vale and has to be tried.

The staff were very attentive and showed excellent care. Where possible, they will try to help anyone. The F&B manager went around tables to check if everyone was okay at breakfast. The staff manning the beach and sports area gave special attention to those who crossed the line and went beyond the high waves when the red flag was up!
