Room was denied by manager
I have staying at this hotel for more then two years on most of my trips to Los angeles. Staying 2 or 3 times weekly.
Until i asked the maneger to stop checking my girlfriend out .
He always turned to see her, and catch him many times.
Until i asked him to please be more respectful that was showing low level of professionalism and customer service.
He ofcourse denied but he was obvious all the time
On 5/12/2025 i decided to book one more time and the time of check-in he grave mi ID and say
LUIS WE DONT HAVE ROOMS AVAILABLE TODAY.
I said why ? parking lot is empty there is no one here
I when to my truck and waited 2 minutes on parking lot .then when again to lobby to ask why i was denied with a room when it was already book through the app.
Hi responded that his boss didn't want me there with no any other reason.
