Elevator was broke my entire 5 night stay. Only got housekeeping services 1 day. Shower drained very slowly, standing in lake when finished. Refrigerator was missing the ice cube tray. Breakfast very underwhelming.

Meh..this place needs a deep clean
We stay here every few months and it has started to go downhill. It took 15 minutes for the agent to get us checked in…it took him awhile to find a clean room available (I assume). The lobby was dirty, there was trash by every elevator and one elevator was even out of order. The one working elevator was dirty inside and made the worse noises. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it smelled of mildew and there were bags of trash by the elevator all afternoon and in the morning. The room had one glass in the cabinet and the at glass was dirty. We needed ice right away, I went to ask the agent (who was on his phone) for some ice and he said to me “what about your ice maker”? well since there’s no ice in it..I went to ask the agent for some. He said “do you have anything to put it in”? With my hands full..I shrugged and said no. He ended up giving me about a quart size bag of ice. Our ice maker never ended up make enough ice to fill a cup. The bed is about the only comfortable thing in the room. The couch is terrible..I’ve sat on wood that was more comfortable. The oddest thing to me is that, instead of a pump bottle of handwashing soap, is body lotion. I used the lotion countless times trying to wash my hands instead of the bar soap that was in a box. Weird. I think (my opinion of course) the pump bottle should have hand soap instead. Breakfast was cold at 7:30am
Other than all of this..will we stay again? Probably, BUT only because it’s next door to a Bonefish

OMG! Don’t Do it!
Check in was easy! Hotel lobby looked nice. That changed upon entering elevator. The smell was terrible, carpet heavily soiled. Paint chipping off walls. Walls filthy, rooms smelly. Furniture very worn! Tub clogged with hair causing water to not drain. Sleeper sofa mattress cover soiled. Had to ask for towels and wash cloths numerous times. Short staffed!!! Not a pleasant stay.

Smells like wet dog and please don’t wake the fron
This place is terrible the furniture was dirty and very old the elevator sounded like the cable was gonna snap at any second our room smelled like a wet dog
The frond desk lady couldn’t even greet me and just stared at me in her defense it was 530 am and she had to be woke from her slumber so I guess that’s why she was so unfriendly my bad sorry

We stayed here a year ago and things were just fine. This year the room and hallways smelled strongly like mildew. The only positive was the breakfast was actually very good compared to most free buffet offerings.

Hotel in very bad condition. Overdue for a renovation. Worse Homewood Suites condition wise I have ever visited. Needs pressure washing, new furniture due to stains and peeling. New carpet due to the bad mildrew smell. AC filters not changed. Gym equipment out of order, washer and dryer out of order inflatable pool toys left over from past guest. It's was really bad. The front desk said something about issuing points, but I have yet to get clarity on that. Once I do, I will update the review with hotel's remedy to complaints.

Disappointed
Mold in the bathroom around the tub. Also in the living room area, furniture was in disrepair. Had a foul smelling Oder in the room. Both of our visits throughout the week were very disappointing. We will never book here again nor would I recommend to anyone else. Worse Hilton I’ve ever stayed in

Didn't live up to Hilton brand standards.
My husband and I arrived at 4:30am. The lady that checked us in was nice. We got our room key for room #245. I went to use the bathroom and the toilet was soiled with feces. I grew frustrated because I was shocked by seeing this uncleaniness! I took a deep breathe and told myself not to get angry! Anyway, I went to grab a knife from the drawer to cut an apple and the large knife was filthy. The next day I told the associate. I actually brought the knife down to the front desk as evidence of my complaint. She was nice and asked did we want to move to another room? My husband declined the offer because we had already unloaded from a long trip from Houston. Everything was going fine the first 3 days in terms of service. The breakfast was great until the last day. The last day of breakfast they ran out of food. Me and other guest had to stand around waiting. We could hear Mrs. Brenda and Mrs. Pam talk about their weekend. They seemed to be more focused on what was going on outside of work than work itself. I immediately complain to Stephanie. She was working at the front desk. Stephanie got up and walked into the kitchen to inform these 2 ladies, guests were right outside waiting. The gentlemen standing by me said, normally the breakfast is on point. I never had this to happen. I told Stephanie again, this hotel didn't live up to Hilton hotel standards! We checked out later this day. I asked Stephanie what were the names of both ladies in the kitchen area this morning.

Ok stay
The staff was wonderful and they checked us into our room early like several hours early. She was great. The cleanliness of the room was good. The bed they could used to be replaced, but breakfast this morning was absolutely horrible, overcooked powdered eggs, overcooked potatoes, the meat selection was pretty much gone. They never replenished anything and would be nice to have some danishes to choose from not just white bread Not impressed with the food by any means.

If you enjoy your room and hallways smelling musty and of urine, blood-stained mattresses, moldy bathroom ceilings, and furniture that is falling apart and rusting, this is the place for you! This hotel needs a serious remodel and cleaning!! I would avoid if possible!!

Our bathroom sink was clogged and we could not use it. Our toilet was clogged so we had to go the lobby and use their bathroom. The tub was dirty and not wiped out.
The lamp was missing a light bulb. The furniture was was dirty. The chairs at the dirty were peeling and in terrible condition. The coffee table had large chios in it.
