To start, check in was slow. The person that eventually came over to check us in didn't seem to know how to work the system or have any idea how to get us our keys. After fumbling around for a while, she did get it sorted out. We get to the room and it immediately reeked of mildew and damp carpet. Upon further inspection, there were dead flies all over the window sill, blood or vomit on the walls by the entry, on the pictures hanging in the suite area, and flies buzzing around in the bathroom. The remote also didn't work for the tv, which was promptly fixed by the front desk agent. When I stated to him that the room was in unacceptable condition, he stated that he did not have any other rooms to move us to and apologized for the housekeeping. For over $300 a night, I would expect much better service, cleanliness and accommodation. We will not be coming back to this location and will be contacting corporate for some kind of resolution to this.
