Great find! Conveniently located near the train station, while not feeling like it was right next to the train. Smaller space, but perfectly updated with lovely modern amenities. An unusual "hotel" in that we didn't meet a single person, staff or guest, but instructions and queries were handled via WhatsApp. Our room had an open outlook to the Opera house, but there wasn't a lot of street noise. Bed was comfortable. Shower cubicle was neat but usable. Good location within walking distance to Termini station and to Colosseum etc.
