There were good things about staying at this hotel. However, that has pretty much been wiped out by the incompetence of the staff in sending me my final email for checkout. All I wanna know is why I was charged what I was charged. I have requested they send the invoice to me four times now they keep saying there’s something wrong with the email address I gave them. But they identified that they typed in the email address wrong. They now know they’ve been using the wrong email address but they won’t resend it again to the correct email address without me calling and talking to somebody. You’ve got to be kidding me

Nice property, staff doesn’t care.
Check in takes forever. When I arrived to check in there were seven other groups waiting to check in. I timed the single receptionist at 8 minutes per check in. After waiting for around 25 minutes a second receptionist finally showed up. Overall check in time was over 30 minutes. I value efficiency in business and this process seems crazy to me. The hotel already has all my information before check in. The process should take maybe a minute to look up the guest and another to charge for incidentals and issue keys. It’s a total bummer to show up after a long day of travel and be expected to wait 30-60 minutes just to get into your room. Otherwise, the property is beautiful but the rooms are pretty dated. The our room likely hadn’t seen a renovation in 10+ years if I had to guess. The bar staff at the lounge did their job but wasn’t overly friendly. We just came from Mexico where the entirety of the hotel staff was incredibly gracious and professional. I just didn’t get anywhere close to that at the Tapatio Hilton. We will probably stay again for the pools and property amenities but our expectation from the staff is pretty low.

We stay here every time we’re in town and while we like the rooms, the parking isn’t convenient. We had an employee sweeping bird poop from above down to our balcony and continued even after I asked her to stop. That was an isolated incident though and most employees are quite friendly and helpful.

This property is wonderful.Family friendly, clean with comfortable beds.We enjoyed plenty of space for the grandsons to play with their toys.The adjoining rooms made it very easy for our family activities, especially having 2 bathrooms.Everything about this place has us saying, We Will Be Back!

Beautiful views and comfortable rooms
This was a wonderful place to stay. The view of the mountain at sunset was beautiful . The only part that we had an issue with was the parking. Trying to maneuver around back to our room was difficult if anyone parked slightly crooked and it was a hike to get to our room if we parked in the main parking lot. The shuttle service didn’t seem to have enough people working and never arrived on one occasion.

Pictures are deceiving of this property. The place is rundown. Outdated. One of the staff members was very rude. I was so dissatisfied that I canceled the rest of my stay at Tapatio clips and transferred to the other Hilton in town. Night and a difference. The Peak was what a Hilton should be. Avoid this place at all costs.

Beware
The pictures do not adequately, depict the age, condition, and cleanliness of the suites. The last time the room was remodeled had to be around 20 years old. HVAC air Filters are visible in the hallway and look like they have not been changed in months. Wife could not breathe the air within the room, and after witnessing the amount of bird poop On the balcony, she almost threw up. Not at all, we expected from a resort. We better if they classify this as an upscale motel.
