When I need to travel to Denver, this has been my go to place for almost 5 years. Unfortunately over the past few years, with the high number of "permanent guests" being allowed to stay there, its made a steady decline. Price is always good, but the hotel itself is becoming dirty and rundown, with no visible concern to improve anything. Dirty carpet in halls, missing ceiling tiles, bad smells in halls and elevator. My room this time around was very disappointing. Door was hard to close and open, carpet was dirty, missing towel bars, toilet seat almost falling off, broken dresser handles, microwave didn't work. And that's just a few examples. A few of the staff were very friendly, but most looked like they'd just rolled out of bed, and acted like guests were a bother to deal with. I think its time to find a new go to place.
