The listing is deceiving and I encourage hotels.com to take it down in the current shape. For starters this is not a 3 star hotel but a hostel, the original price of 54 pounds makes it impossible to have any suspicions as we stayed in a cheaper amazing 4 star hotel nearby a day before. The room details are wrong, there is no coffee maker, 32 inch TV. On top of this the shower was cold, there is no heating (despite 0 degrees temperature outside) and the room we got was next to a streetlight without having a blinding curtain. The window in the bathroom does not completely close, and this hotel being next to a small but busy road you constantly suffer from honking car horns and the small of exhausts. The bed was uncomfortable. After complaining the place in the end settled on giving us only 7 USD back of the booking (we asked for half though), but I would not book this place. If we did not arrive late at night we would have looked for a different hotel but due to the time we did not want to move our heavy suitcase and reluctantly stayed for the night as we needed to get up at 6 in the morning. The only ok point was that the staff was nice but this could not prevent us having a miserable night here.
