FAIRFIELD MARRIOTT CANCUN AIRPORT
Our 1 night stay was short, only 13 hrs, as we arrived late in the evening. Waited 45 mins at Cancun airport for the shuttle ! We were expecting that from previous reviews we read. Driver was courteous and vsn was nice. Our room 321 was clean, bed and linen and pillow super comfortable. Buffet breakfast was included. Overall a great stay.

Staff at hotel is very good!! Front desk to bar tender to breakfast servers and breakfast was very good!!! Only complaint is they offer free shuttle and I sent emails but did not get reply and had to take a very expensive taxi from airport!!! WS told when checked in you have to phone when your actually outside terminal ! So only complaint was free shuttle was not there:(

Nice hotel; terrible service
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Positively, the property is in good shape, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the value for money is good. What I don’t like is the service, which is odd for hotels in Mexico. They aren’t helpful at the front desk and their airport shuttle pickup service is basically non-existent. We reserved pickup and were delayed leaving the terminal and the shuttle just took off. Then, no one answered the phone at the front desk and so we were stuck taking the VERY expensive airport taxi to the hotel. Nice…

Room was ok, go elsewhere for good service.
The room was just ok. We stayed there just to be close to the airport and to provide a shuttle to the airport and with that they delivered. The check in process was pretty aweful. The supervisor checked us in and was severly lacking customer service skills. He was short and rude thoughout the check in experience and provided us with no information that is usually provided during check in ie. Pool hours, wifi info, directions to the room. When i asked how to get to the room he merely pointed at the elevator. He seemed to be bothered by us waiting in line while he chit chatted with his coworkers and a line of customers ensued. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that provide the same services, i would go there

We stayed at Fairmont Marriot one night en route to a bigger resort near playa del Carmen. This place was perfect, as it was close to the airport and there is a free shuttle service to the hotel. The rooms were clean, breakfast was complimentary and free and was delicious. The restaurant has decent food and a bit on the higher end price wise. Thr pool was nice as well!

A nice short night
A very nice short stay before catching an early flight out of Cancun airport. The room incl. bed was very comfortable. The pool area is nice and relaxing. We did not have time to use the pool or jacuzzi, however. Check-in and cjeck-out were a breeze and we enjoyed the free shuttle to.the airport. Having to call the shuttle to the hotel upon arrival at the airport can be a challenge f international guests.

Good Hotel by the Airport w/Shuttle
I like staying here for a single night when I am either arriving to or departing from PDC. The hotel is close by the airport, clean, comfortable, and has a very nice traditional Mexican breakfast buffet. My most recent stay was during Hurricane Milton and I really appreciated how the staff made their guests feel welcomed, safe, and at peace.

Great start to each vacation
This was our 3rd stay at the Fairfield. We have always been happy each time! Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was very quick and convenient. The driver was very friendly. Hotel check-in was very quick and easy. The front desk attendant was very friendly. The restaurant food was very good. And the staff were very attentive and friendly.
