I was supposed to stay here for 9 nights, but I left first thing in the morning after the first night and went to a hotel. The beds were actually air mattresses with one small blanket, and there were no lockers or anywhere to put your belongings except in the room, where they got in the way of others or could be stolen. Between people screaming their heads off in the middle of the night and pushing others, the broken shower, and the disgusting toilets, I would recommend sleeping on the street over this place. I felt so unsafe that I broke out in stress hives for the next several days.

HORRIBLE. Unas horas antes me dicen que estan con overbooking y que me mandan a otro hostel a Carabanchel. Me niego y pido que me devuelvan el dinero y me dicen que no,que eso lo tiene que gestionar hotels.com Mi segunda noche tenia cama pero para putearme me pusieron el aire acondicionado toda la noche y el colchon me lo dejaron medio desinflado.
