Room fittings a bit tired and need updated. Staff very friendly and although we had an issue with the air conditioning it was fixed quickly. Would have been nice to have had a bar on-site but was told we could use the bar under the hotel but the staff weren’t sure we could take the drinks from the bar to their own sitting area. Like an item of clothing it was white and is now grey . There is an urgent need to spend some money and revitalise items such as worn and marked laundry, stained table, worn out rugs, duvet covers without fasteners and dirty exposed pillow filling. This hotel is so beautiful! I stayed here in June 2023 with one of my friends and we loved it for the two nights we were there. We had a room with a view of the small courtyard in the middle, and the staff were kind. The only small issue with this location is that it's kind of in a cut, so the GPS will likely stop you in the middle of the main street. Parking is also hard to find, but overall if I visited Soller I would stay here again!

My husband and I had a really nice stay here. Our check in was so pleasant. Cava and lots of helpful information about beautiful walks to enjoy in the area. The room was quiet and comfortable.
