Large suite with everything you need. Super clean and staff were on site and really helpful. Location we stayed at was a block from the trams that move you quickly to wherever you want to go. Laundry room, with dryer, was available for a fee and then you could use whenever you needed

The location of the hotel was very good. Lots of places to eat easy to get around and several places to have a drink. But the hotel wasn’t very comfy the beds were hard and the rooms were too hot. There was not remote for the AC so it was to warm to sleep. I also got charged for a dirty towel after I had left the hotel. Never heard of anybody getting charged for a dirty towel at a hotel before.

Beautiful apartment. Spacious, clean, easy access to sights. Walkable! Very friendly and helpful staff. Only thing I would add is paper towels, Kleenex tissues, sugar, salt, olive oil/vinegar, teas, coffee maker. These are all things offered in most other apartments.

Great location, spacious, well equipped apartments. I've stayed here multiple times over the past few years. I think the cleaning is a bit worse than in the past (dusty floors etc.), but overall a great place stay. I think if the cleaning standard can be picked up again - this really is a great value and you are right in the city centre, within walking distance to many places..

Good and consistent location

Staffs are wonderful and helpful, location is convenient. Bedroom and bathroom doors can’t close properly. Using laundry and dryer is a challenge because some guests just leave the laundry in the machine for many hours and we could not use the laundry facilities for over 4 hours at night.

Excellent facilities and customer service.

We were booked into a single two bedroom apartment, but at the last minute we’re moved into two, incredibly spacious, one bedroom apartments. These were also located next door to each other. Overall very happy with the apartments. The only issue was that the net curtains were quite dirty, but I can easily see how this would have been overlooked in general overnight cleaning. The apartments are also in a great location. Just south of Wenceslas Sq and very close to trams and 2 metro stations. 9/10
