Disappointing
Overall disappointed with this hotel. Stayed here last year for New Years and we had a great time, so we booked again for this year. There was no notice that the onsite restaurant was closed. Online (and signs around the hotel) indicated that it was open. When we arrived there was a sign on the door saying it was closed for renovations. This greatly impacted our night as we were planning on eating and celebrating the new year there. We had to eat gas station food for dinner as everything was closed/not delivering. The room itself was ok- some lights didn’t work, lotion was used, dirt on the floor. Will not be staying there again.

Pre flight night. Shuttle was good. Only glitch was on site restaurant/bar was closed for a few weeks for renovations but a good restaurant is just across the street, there is crossing light on the corner.

Good overall
Quick overnight stay, we didn’t need anything fancy. The room, renovated and big, was very nice. The bathroom and amenities were good too. Everything super clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable too. A few downsides: lack of privacy / bad soundproofing (and disrespectful guests), and room not quite dark at night. The roll-down shade doesn’t prevent light from getting in at night, and the room we had was courtyard side, where there are powerful lights at night. And the curtains are just decorative and don’t close really. Also, our room was one of those that have a communicating room with doors from one another: the light from the other room was very bright and the other guest had it on all night. Quite annoying. The same neighbor started having a very loud, over speaker phone conversation/argument with his girlfriend starting at 7am, which woke us up abruptly through the …. Sound proofing definitely is an issue. And some other guest in a nearby room in the evening when we checked in (around 11:30pm) had a very loud and violent argument with his girlfriend (as well…) - other guests called management for resolution.

I rather sleep in my car than to stay here again.
The only thing I liked about the place was that it was just a 3 minute drive to the airport and the food of the restaurant inside the hotel . The hotel itself was outdated , nasty , the rooms were super dirty . I had to file a complaint and a negative review on google in order to have my issue address by management. They gave me a room that had mold on the bed sheets , the curtains and there was pubic hair on the toilet and the bathtub . If it wasn't raining and If I was not with my family , I would have slept inside the car instead. It was that horrible . It is nothing like in the pictures or the advertising video they promote on their site. If you have very low standards , then this might be the place for you to stay .
