Hallways and windows were nasty. Big holes in the wall of our room where something was once mounted. One outlet didn’t even have a cover on it. Took forever to get the shower working.

The check-in clerk was very good and helpful. It's not a fancy place, but everything in the room was just right and the price was right. The treadmill in the exercise room didn't work, which doesn't matter to everyone.

there were homeless people hanging out in the parking lot the paint was coming off the walls no towels for the pool the pool area was filled with people diving jumping running consuming alcohol and screaming profanities the hotel is run down and a complete embarrassment to the Ramada name, i will never ever stay here again or recommend it to anybody EVER...absolutely disgusting

Arrives for check in at 6pm and room was not ready yet, had to wait. Hotel needs work. Carpet in hallways is worn and stained. Bathrooms not very clean. Tv frequently lost signal, room fridge broken. Pool was decent. People in the hotel were running up and down the halls through the night slamming doors, drunk in the halls. Unsupervised children. Not a restfull night sleep.

Our room was not ready AFTER our check in time. The hotel property is not kept up with well. There is tape on walls for signs. The building is attached to an abandoned hibachi restaurant. Very odd. The free breakfast was crowded and messy.

Proper communication

My stay was amazing, excellent service and well kept environment. The only reservation is my checking in, stood for almost 50 minutes because of excuse of computer glitch and room is being cleaned at 6.45pm 🙄 On checkingout, despite associate offering an hour stay longer to check out which was detailed in the receipt, by 11am the housekeeper banged on my door twice to check out (DO NOT DISTURB SIGN HANGED ON THE DOOR).
