I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

We felt very safe in and around the area. It was close to metro and in walking distance to the hop on hop off bus. Also to the lovely shopping at the end of Paris street and the wide boulevards.

Very bad terrible stay and the reviews are fake
Terrible stay First of all,no one help you with your luggage you have to take the trolley by yourself,and it is not get in the room ,the room entrance tiny. Secondly,when you turn the sink water you hear noise coming from drain and pumping. Thirdly,there is insects in the bathtub. Lastly,only one time complimentary water in your room.

I hope that nobody gets seriously ill
My son was washing his hands in the bathroom sink when the water began spurting and changed into a dark brown flow of excrement - not just discoloured water - faeces. It had the unmistakable smell of human waste. He ran out of the bathroom and almost vomited. After complaining, we were moved to another room but this also had the same problem. After complaining again, the hotels refused to do anything further saying that they did not have any other rooms. As far as I am aware, no other guests were notified of the problem. From what I saw when the handyman came to fix the issue, the 'fix' was to let the tap run until the water looked clear. Future guests will have no idea that days before, poo was coming out of the same faucet that they are now using to brush their teeth. I hope that nobody gets seriously ill or hospitalised. The hotel refused any compensation.

Overall good impression
+Good impression in general. Very comfortable bedroom and they had a grip for the baby as we have asked them in advance. Bed and pillows were very good quality. Nice location with good connection to the city centre - Overall, the breakfast was good, but I was expecting more variety for a 4star hotel. Maybe another kind of eggs as there were only two options of scrambles eggs and boiled eggs, there was not offered any cucumber or olives or peppers for example, cream cheese, oats etc.
