The place was nice enough but not worth the $1500 AUD I paid for 2 nights (and in a very small room!) Nice staff and guests and it WAS a special event weekend in PS but I will spend that kind of money at the Santiago Resort next time.

As first-time foreign visitors, we visited Palm Springs on a relatively quiet day, so the resort was nearly empty. The resort itself was very clean and seemed like an ideal spot to socialize and meet new people. However, we were quite disappointed that, despite the low occupancy, we were assigned a small, cramped room far from the pool, while other rooms appeared much larger and more comfortable. Since there were no room type options available during booking, it was unclear why we were given the smallest and most distant room.

I was very pleased with the ease of access to the pools, juice and other accommodations. The kind staff were very hospitable and treated me like a gentleman. Good stay and responsive staff. Fun property to meet people and socialize. The rooms were fine and I liked that there was a full refrigerator and freezer. The rooms are not the most updated and the shower was a little grubby in spots. Overall, I would stay again.

This was my first time is Palm Springs and at this property. WOW this was amazing, the staff was nothing but super mindful and helpful of their guest. Love how they were welcoming and provide beverages/snacks to everyone. I had such an amazing time, would recommend and come back to this place.
