"High quality fittings and fixtures in bed and spacious bathroom. Lovely shower with clearly marked toiletries. Nice little extras (e.g. a fan and clothes brush). Neat tea/coffee making area. Double aspect in both bed and bathroom (that’s a first!). The staff and receptionist are cheerful, helpful and friendly and the location of the hotel on the beach with its gorgeous terrace is perfect. Breakfast: Eggs Benedict cooked perfectly, lovely pastries and fresh bed - plus plus. Next job is to find out how much the rooms with the balconies overlooking the sea are…. All 5 star, no minuses. Thank you for a lovely stay.

"Really friendly welcome at reception and we quickly got our keys for two twin rooms. The rooms were fine, clean and comfortable.
We used the hotel to stay overnight before a Channel Tunnel crossing which was just 10 minutes away.
It was the cheapest hotel that I could find in the area and exceeded my expectations. The decor was improved from the hotel's appearance on Channel 4's "4 In A Bed" a few years previous.
Slightly disappointed that they don't offer breakfast, but Gingers in Hythe was excellent.
