"Hotel in Rehovot – Israel, was extremely disappointing.
We had booked a Superior room and got a club room, you have charged for a Superior room.
When we got the right room after a few days, the staff took it as an insult.
The room had not been cleaned before we came in.
Dirty bed linen with blood stains on it, Dirty floors with old dust in the corners and on lamps, Old chewing gum on the bedside lamp (have photos of everything)
The floor was not washed for a whole week, no new bed linen for...

"We 3 days hunkered down at the Ritz Carlton during the Hamas bombing and the staff treated the guests like family. The food is 5 star, abundant buffets, excellent wines, amazing desserts. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and casual, the room was terrific. Great pool, wines, ok gym, nice lobby area to hang out in. "

"Great quaint boutique hotel. Rooms are smaller and simple but tastefully done. Bath was luxurious and we had a balcony which was a nice touch to sit out overlooking a small garden and fountain. The staff was attentive and very helpful. Free bikes were a nice perk. We did not eat in the restaurant so can’t comment about the food much. There are plentiful dining options around. "

"Had a lovely time at the Backstage hotel. Staff were extremely friendly, room was very chic and clean. Breakfast was also really nice. Slight mess up with the taxi but it was all resolved easy by the hotel. Would definitely go back. "

"The hotel was extremely close to the beach, the indoor pool was great (even in the winter), the parking was easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, but not the best I've had at an Israeli hotel (admittedly high bar). Would stay here again!"

"The stay at Assemblage was amazing. The hotel, rooms, and cafe are all beautifully decorated and appointed. The towels were soft, the bed was comfortable, and the wine on Thursdays was excellent. I can’t recommend it enough.
The only issue was the cleaning staff not quite meeting our expectations, but the hotel was extremely prompt and diligent in responding to the issue."
