We booked this hotel three weeks before our trip, got it for an amazing price, and I was shocked how good the hotel was. Although it's not central and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, the hotel provided entertainment through the day and onto the night, the staff for amazing and we had such a lot of fun with them. The hotel is spotless and well maintained, the pools are gorgeous, my son was delighted with the football pitch and arcade and we spent a lot of time there.

An absolutely gorgeous hotel; fantastic food, amenities, entertainment and children’s activities. But, above all else, the staff are awesome. I went on holiday with my 5 year old son after losing my wife and his mum to cancer 6 months previous. It was his first holiday abroad and my first without my wife. Many tears were shed but the staff went above and beyond to make this holiday special, I will never forget their kindness to me and especially my boy.
Excellent facilities, great food. Visited numerous times & always love it. Recommend the Spa, best to upgrade to a suite with sea view if you can. The hotel is placed halfway between the town centre & Rubicon Marina on the walkway by the sea which gives you the option to turn left or right for a stroll or different restaurants to compliment those at the hotel & to provide additional variety.
Great location as it is an easy walk into the hills or villages nearby. Best spa I have ever been to and brilliant value at 60 Euros per week. The la calletta restaurant is a must as the tasting menu is brilliant.
Beautiful apartments, clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need for a break away home from home. The friendliest helpful staff nothing was too much trouble. I truly did not want to come home.

The accommodation was perfect, clean, private and plenty of space. It felt very safe and was close to shops, the beach and the pick up point for excursions. The pool is manned, clean and there were always loungers available. The reception and bar staff were really helpful. The cleaners were friendly and efficient and it was an extra bonus that towels were provided. Air conditioning in the bedrooms helped keep us cool at night and all windows had mosquito nets on. Have just returned from ten days at the Hisperia ,our second visit . A perfect stay, this hotel is lovely with a great location right by the beach of playa dorado, with the marina Rubicon one side and shops and restaurants the other. The pools are lovely and always plenty of sunbeds. The food is also good and you would be hard pushed not to find something you like, the desserts are particularly yummy . The staff are helpful and the rooms were kept spotless .

We had a really great holiday-rooms are modern & clean, friendly staff, beautiful main pool, great food on AI, great animation team & evening entertainment every night & a nice village feel to the complex. It’s not luxurious or plush, but it is a really lovely place that I would definitely recommend & return to.

We had a rented car but you can come to stay here by bus. It provides free transport to Lanzarote airport.
The breakfast was excellent with chosable eggs, and excellent cold meat selections. One of the best possible o/night or longer stays near the airport.
My family and I spent 5 days here. If you are looking for some peace and quiet - then this is the place. Staff constantly check if you are happy. The restaurant staff are brilliant - even on Christmas Day they were working with a smile. Chefs are great too.
Kids liked the jacuzzi. Two areas they could improve on is having a heated swimming pool and maybe a bit more fun for kids (I had two boys - 7 and 11 years old).
