area are very nice. Food is excellent and the staff is sooo helpful both with food, arranging good taxi drivers, airport transfers etc, for a good price. Just a word of warning: the beach (far below, so it's only a problem when you take the stairs down to the beach) is impressively dirty/filthy. So just don't expect nice walks on the beach."

I found the buffets very mediocre and the food in then Steakhouse underwhelming. I loved my massage in the tranquil spa. I don’t like to listen to music and there was often loud music from exercise classes, entertainment and the pools. At night, it went on quite late.

The staff was amazingly helpful, my friends missed their bus and property manager put them in a nice big room for free. Ocean front with bar and 2 swimming pools. Only minor complaint is the dining chairs are brutally stiff , cushions would help. Awesome Hotel. 🙏❤️"

Crystal is the last of the 18 houses and has one of the walls fully in glass as opposed to Cocoon that have standard walls.
These new houses are simply beatiful - a perfect "love nest" - everything is nice even if we have to change room as the flush of our toilet wasn't working properly (really seamless swap - however I found the houses...
