They made him feel so welcome, and he had the best time. We had to check out early, and I was worried we’d miss breakfast, but the team thoughtfully packed it for us. That level of care really stood out. The location couldn’t be better. It is right inside the IFC Mall and just steps from the Oriental Pearl Tower, Shanghai Tower, and Jin Mao Tower. You’re in the heart of Lujiazui with some of the most iconic views in Shanghai. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, and the view from the window was breathtaking—both day and night. After we left, I was surprised to receive an email from the hotel letting me know we had forgotten my son’s notebook. I hadn’t even realized it was missing until they reached out. That kind of attention and follow-through made me really grateful. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Shanghai—luxury, convenience, and top-notch hospitality all in one."
