"Excellent hotel!!!!!! The staff was really professional and so kind…. I did the aromatherapy massage with my daughter, it was the best massage we ever had…. And we did so many massages in the US!!!! Hoda and Jenny were so professional and sweet, the self service breakfast was divine!!!! Overall wonderful stay and we will definitely come back "

"The location doesn't look terrific on a map but it's actually very convenient. The American University area has lots of restaurants. The hotel is walkable to the Mediterranean and to downtown. "

"We had the most wonderful stay at this place. The location was excellent and the service was great. Above all, it was the people there that made it really special for us. Kasim, Nadim, Ali, Hussein, Rita, breakfast manager Aziz were all top notch professionals and yet gave a personal touch to everything they did. The drivers that work with the hotel were also excellent. Haidar, Hassan, Hussein were all excellent drivers.
If I visit Beirut again, this hotel will be my automatic first...

"I went to Hilton for a wedding and then stayed the night. The wedding set up and space was incredible! The room was very big and bathroom spacious with both shower and tub. Amazig balcony with a view. I loved my stay! also the pool on the 4th floor is very nice."

"Very pleasant facilities and very helpful staff. Everything was clean and in good working condition. Beautiful view of the valley from the windowed hall outside the rooms and the open rooftop above. I was trying to take pictures in the rain and the desk attendant very helpfully provided a big umbrella and offered to hold it. Not a lot of eating places or supermarkets nearby, but there are places down the mountain a little ways."
