"I did not like that the manager (I presume) never looked at me saying bye at my departure. All the rest I liked!
But why is this survey just in english?? It should be bilingual. We are in the province of Québec and we prioritize french!!"
"This Hotel and the property is a gem. Not sure if there is anything like it in Canada. Top quality property maintenance. Very Classy. Even if their dinning is not readily accessible. There are alot of dinning options available in the area. There are restaurants that will also give you lake view experience 15min south of the hotel. This is my second time staying here. Which is rare."
"I like the boutique type of hotel, it is in a quiet neighborhood compared to being in Mont Tremblant village. Short distance to the attraction of Mont Trmeblant Village and the lake.
I like the cafe/restaurant, more food selections and reasonably priced.
The pool is small though but it doesnt bother as it wasnt our priority for booking hotel. The facility is very clean and lots of towels and toiletries. Kudos to the housekeeping team of AX Hotel. We will definitely book again next summer, this time with our grown up children."
