"The front desk staff and valet, upon arrival were great. Once we were on the elevator, going to our room, we learned housekeeping was on strike. There were outside contractors who cleaned the vacated room. The plus side, the hotel was convenient to the historical Quebec district, restaurants and river walk. Quebec is a beautiful city and we did enjoy our stay. Again, front desk staff were great."

I didn't mind because I wasn't paying attention to that but be warned if you're looking for a nicer view...get a room at the front of the building "
