Mountains, beach, rain forest, moderate weather. You can hardly ask for more. The only thing I personally had an issue with were the winding roads with sharp curves. A bit nerve wracking to drive. But exquisite beauty.

My daughters were really hoping to spot a vampire, annd especially a wherewolf. We saw neither, but enjoyed our stay nevertheless. It's proximity to the Hoh Rainforest portion of Olympic National Park was perfect.

Forks is quite quirky but we liked it. Subway is a good option for a quick brekkers on your way to the Hoh or Lake Crescent.

No fancy eats here but there are several restaurants offering pizza, burgers and breakfast. Also a grocery and general store that offers anything you may have forgotten for your trip. Spend some $$$ here, support the local economy.

Only picked up supplies in Forks. Purpose of the trip was to spend time in Olympic National Park.
"We stayed here for 2 nights while going to Olympic National Park. This was a perfect home base to be able to go to the beaches and the Hoh Rainforest. The room was large and everything seemed new. When we needed more towels and coffee the staff was super friendly and helpful and got them right away. It was a great location to town and make it easy to stop in to grab things between different parts of the trip. "
"The Forks Motel is a great place to stay in this town. We were passing through and really enjoyed riding around seeing all the “Twilight” stuff. Such a great little town. The Motel is in the middle of all the action - great beds, we slept very well. Small pool which my son enjoyed. Friendly staff. "
"The rooms looked recently refurbished and everything was very clean. WiFi was out for part of the trip, but my group stayed there to hike in Olympic National Park/ Hoh Rain Forest as well as see some of the Twilight fandom things around town so it wasn’t a huge issue. Grocery store is within walking distance and staff was helpful with locating things around town. "
