views, hotel is very run down, carpets were wet and smelled of bleach when we arrived. In need of an update. Mattress REALLY uncomfortable, sofa even less so. Pillows all poor. Location and views make it worth it but goodness. "

"Hotel itself is ok! Pet friendly rooms on the bottom level rooms have no real balcony open straight outside, ours was duneside which was easy for walking the dog! Wifi was awful didnt use it at all after initial try. Breakfast was also awful! $11 for what other places call a free continental breakfast so we only did that once too!

"Our stay was just “okay”. You can tell this hotel needs some serious upgrade. The bathroom had mold in it and visible stains. It was really humid in the room and the air had to stay on constantly. There was a fan in the bathroom leading outside, which you could clearly see. That was disturbing. It also constantly cut off and on. The bathtub was so gross and grimy. The coffee was absolutely disgusting. Like horrible. Overall the
