"We stayed at this property last year and enjoyed it that’s why we decided to return this year again. Unfortunately the quality of resort significantly decreased and we won’t be back again - poor food quality , rude staff ( one barmen was always under intoxicated and wanted to fight guests, throwing bottles and forks), cups and silverware was nowhere to be found ( I personally witnessed people poring tea and coffee in soup mugs).

"I really enjoyed my visit to Pegasos Royal Hotel. There weren’t really any negatives.
The staff are all extremely friendly and more than happy to help with anything you need, really good customer service. I travel alone as a solo woman and I felt 100% safe at all times.
The cleanliness is to a high standard, housekeeping do a fantastic job and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned. All around the resort there are staff constantly cleaning both inside and out which was really great.

"Havuzu mükemmel olanakları da aynı şekilde otek yeni açlıdığından mıdır bilmem ama asansör bindiğimizde birden düştü ve katlarda durmaya başladı korkunç bir deneyimdi ve havuzun bir yerde şalteri attı sanırım ve çalışmayı durdu sonrasında odanın ışıgını kapattıgımda kapanmıyordu teknol servıs geldı ve şalterlerden kapattı sabah düzeltiriz dediler ve o akşam ışıksız geçti odada onun yerine odayı değiştirebilirlerdi "

Towels only get changed every 2 days and bedsheets only 2x a WEEK.
No laundry service available at all.

"Do not go to this hotel! There are so many better ones! Beach is full of plastic and dirty. Some staff are friendly others are not. Buffet is very limited. All-in: only bad wine, beer, vodka and whiskey.
Rooms are only cleaned to a limited extent. Two small swimming pools where there is already shade quickly. The show every night was ok."

Klimaanlage sehr alt in unserem Zimmer kein Auto-Modus möglich.
Essen war sehr begrenzt.
