The night clerk could use more customer srvice training on how to handle room problems at check in. As mentioned she eventually got it, but it took some back and forth and involving 3rd party booking site. The hotel rooms are a good size, but worn down and needs alot of small repairs like door handles, knobs, cabinet doors, carpet could be replaced in some areas. There were no...
