We come to Slidell often because our Grands live nearby. Love the area. Blind Tiger is a fun place to hang out (more bar than restaurant so not the best for kids). We also like Middendorfs -- very family friendly and they have a terrific gift shop

This was a great little town that made for an easy trip in and out of New Orleans daily! Lots of dining options and even a trampoline park for the kids!

My sister lives here, so I'm familiar with this area. The best thing about this hotel location is the convenience of shopping center as well as a lot of great food options nearby. Easy interstate access to the city (NOLA)is a straight shot.

We visited family. Slidell is a quaint city. Lots of restaurants. Nice to place to visit.
"I don’t typically stay outside of the Hilton or Marriot portfolios but my friend and I stayed here for a week while she was preparing to move for a new job. The room was clean, staff were all very friendly, the hotel stays fully booked every night, and the breakfast had a solid assortment! It wasn’t executive lounge level like we are used to but I would go back just for the biscuits"
"The interior of the property is being remodeled from the upper floors down. The staff was very accommodating as I requested a quieter room and they put me in a remodeled suite on the 4th floor. The entire 4th floor looks totally different from the other floors with new carpet and new painted walls. My suite was breathtaking…..so clean and modern and comfortable bed. I had a little noise at night from the strip mall below but it wasn’t bad. Once the remodel is over this will be a great place to stay on any floor. I thank the staff for accommodating me as they made it an awesome stay for 4 days."
"Everything about this hotel was very, very good...Except...the closet curtain in all the rooms utilized a significant sized panel of a putrid green color that aesthetically made no sense with the primary colors of the room, and there was no other similar color in the rooms to warrant this application. Time to get another interior designer. Still, I would come here again because everything else was so good"
