"Beautiful location and very friendly, attentive staff. Food was what we expected, loved the pools, water park and proximity to the beach. Was also nice there were excursions that left from the RIU private beach. The only thing we didn't like is no reservations for dinner. They say no line for restaurants, just show up. This is not true. One night we showed up for dinner at 7 p.m. and not one restaurant could accommodate our party of 3. They explained that you must show up before the restaurants open in order to get a table. This meant we had to wrap up our excursion or timr on the beach or pool, get ready for dinner and be in line no later than 5:30 p.m. We won't be back for that reason alone."

"Hotel was extremely clean. As soon as you entered the lobby, you could smell that it's constantly kept up with. The room was kind of small but we were only staying 1 night, so we made it work. The pool was great, outdoor bar too. Breakfast was good and staff were attentive to refilling food and cleaning up after guests. There's a Starbucks right next door, a KFC about 1 minute away, and a 24 hour gas station like 5 minutes away (all walking distance). There is an ice cream shop and a pizza place too, but we didn't go. Besides that, there's really nothing else in the area but there was a festival that night the bartender told us about and we hopped into an Uber and spent the evening there."

"Everyone was so friendly… I actually felt like I was family to all of the staff at the resort. My only suggestion is to have additional fans throughout the entire eating area and around the bar."
