The facilities are top‑notch, thoughtfully designed, and very well maintained, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. Cleanliness was impeccable, from the guest room to the shared areas, everything was spotless and well cared for. The service rendered by the staff was excellent: warm, attentive, and professional, which made our anniversary celebration feel even more special. One of the highlights was the stunning view of Mount Fuji, which is truly breathtaking and well worth mentioning. Waking up to such a magnificent view made our stay unforgettable. Overall, it was a perfect place for a special occasion and a highly enjoyable stay."

"The location is lovely and the onsen is very clean, but the hotel was extremely noisy. The roof shakes whenever someone walks in the room above. I got only 3 hours sleep here because it was so noisy. The hotel staff also didn’t inform us that you can’t have breakfast unless you register the day prior. "
