"Room looked recently updated, nice towels and sheets, great value for the night I was there. Was going to book the next town over which was closer to my destination, but based on good reviews and free parking, I went to this Best Western. For me, it was worth the extra few minutes of driving."

"This is the best place to stay. The rooms are clean, cozy and the bed is comfy. The staff are all very friendly. It feels very safe to stay there and it is close to many amenities. The breakfast could be a bit better.. it's the same food every day, there's nothing that is gluten free, low fat, or a lighter option for people who need to watch for certain things. There should be hard boiled eggs, fat free or lite yogurt, other fruit, etc for diet restrictions. Other than that, it's always a great stay. "

"I did not like that. I had a do not disturb on my door handle. Cleaning lady knocked the first time early in the morning with the sign being on the door handle. I requested an extension of time because I checked in late, then again at 12:30 PM the same lady tried entering the room. I was in the bathroom and I was naked with the door opening. It was very embarrassing. I put a towel around me and asked her politely. Do you know what this sign means when it’s placed on the door she said yes I said OK. I was just checking to see. She apologized a bunch of times, but it was an intrusion of privacy while I was in the bathroom, taking a shower that was the only thing wrong with the whole trip. Everything else was excellent."

"The room was extremely clean and smelled good! it was handy that they supply everything you could need for cleanliness. One of the best Holiday Inn's or hotels I've stayed in and will definitely use them again when i am in the area."
