Firstly, the service from the staff is amazing; the valley at the door help with your bags, all the way to packing them in/out of the car, the receptionists are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel room itself was huge, had a very cute balcony, and the views were amazing. You could see the city, mountains and the ocean. It was very clean and comfortable, including the hotel robe. The pool was nice and warm and clean every day. Very walkable to the pier and shops around Santa Monica. If I come back, this is definitely the hotel I would choose again. "
