"Bar and restaurant offered excellent facilities. The pool needed attention as there was a broken jet pouring cold water into the pool. Sauna and changing room facilities were clean with free lockers and plenty of towels. Hotel facilities and staff were excellent overall. Conveniently located opposite the train station and near to all the sites and shopping centre. "

Only slight criticism is the pillows were too soft and could do with being firmer, and couldn’t work out the aircon in the room. Didn’t matter which way we turned the dial it didn’t seem to cool the room, but still a great stay and will return. "
