Service fantastic and with a smile. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend. Loved the period quintessentially English hotel. The location was great, just a short walk from natural history museum in Kensington and 10 minute walk from South Kensington tube station. "

Staff were brilliant when we had to evacuate the hotel late at night due to a suspected gas leak and a note of apology was posted under the door overnight with another apology from reception when we checked out. The hotel is in a great spot with parking right behind, also very close to Manchester Piccadilly station. Would definitely stay here again. "
