"First time writing a review on hotel.com. The hotel was beyond my expectation. In my opinion if you travel in Annecy without a car, this is the best place to stay. 30min walk/10mins cycling from the center and tourists, but easy access to a few beautiful restaurants and to other parts of the lake. Everything was therapeutic "

"Great location and facility, close to town and midi lift. The weather was warm and the room was stuffy even with the balcony door open. Television was not working on the first night but was repaired the next day. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of options but when we arrived at 920 many items were gone and not replaced. Pool and hot tub were nice, but the spa was closed for renovation. "
