"Excellent location. Nice big room. Excellent breakfast. Reception not very receptive. We wanted an umbrella, they say they do not have. I demanded one for the evening, finally they spplied one. Curtain tore, I told them in the morning. Until the late afternoon it was not fixed.When we reminded them, they finally sent someone to fix it.
I think that a 5-star hotel should be more receptive

"I requested a king side bed ; family room and gave me to twin beds together. This is not considered a king bed. The other room was as requested and paid for. "
"Spent a week here, location was good, close to the boulevard/sea, everything needed was within walking distance; the room was spacious and clean, other than the balcony, which was very narrow and a bit dirty. The staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, cant really fault it in any way. Overall had a decent stay."
