"We were sent to have fantastic local food at local area, superb. Although the hotel is not surrounded by examples like itself- Bedrock is very comfortable. The staff couldn’t be more helpful.
If I was to make one hint, to have more Western options at breakfast like fruit and yogurt.
Debbie and Mr Lee were great hosts who will no doubt help in any way"
"The staff were amazing. Thank you Livy and Sunil for making our stay so enjoyable! Thank you Livy for finding room for us when the resort was full and we just needed one more night in Paradise! The beach with white sand and clear water was amazing! The spa was the nicest we have ever seen. The hot and cold baths were so perfect! Loved our stay!! "
"A high quality hotel but unfortuantely when we requested for extra 2 pillows, we were given 2 pillows which has wrinkle pillow cases and smells awful. When we brought the pillows down to the receptionist, we were told to bring it back to our room and a dosmetic will bring us another pair of pillows. I think its unacceptable and felt that the receptionist should at least take the dirty pillows from me instead of asking me to bring the smelly pillows back to my room. Also not a word of apolgies from the receptionist."
