In this lovely setting there was also a heated pool surrounded by lounge chairs and tables. The room was clean and very spacious, with a fire place and beautiful stone walled bathroom. "This place is my favorite place to stay when in Santiago. The staff here is excellent. I dont speak Spanish very well (some say not at all), but they were able to make me feel welcomed and went out of their way to make sure i was well taken care of. This property is walkable to shopping, restaurants and the town square which is always busy. I will definitely stay here when i return in a few months. I was impressed from the time i checked in, to my check out. "

"Beautiful building, friendly staff, an excellent onsite restaurant where we had dinner and my mom had food delivered to her room twice. We had two rooms. Both were comfortable and well equipped. Good WiFi. I stayed in an upstairs room 3 with my son and daughter. The beds were comfortable but the there is no closet, which was an inconvenience as we weee there for an event had needed to hang up our dresses. Breakfast is very good and staff is very helpful."
