"Love the location of the hotel and the staff.
The room was comfortable.
Two small things can be corrected:
1) The faucet of the bathroom sink is too close to the rim of the sink. Turing on the faucet causes spill of water out of the sink.
2) The coffee maker, situated on a tray on top of the refrigerator could not be used as its electric cord is too short to reach the electric outlet. To my wife's question about this problem the receptionist said that "we are working on it". This problem could have been solve by simply providing a 0.5 to 1 meter long extension cord."
"great location and great bar area. the only complaint is one of the elevators had vomit in it. Things happen when everyone is having fun. we told them about at it at 530am and when we came back at 8am after breakfast before leaving for the airport it was still in the elevator. I would stay again. "
"I recently stayed at the Ruby Emma and couldn’t have been happier. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the RAI Convention Centre and perfectly located for getting around Amsterdam. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Breakfast was terrific, with plenty of fresh options to start the day. It’s also very easy to reach from Schiphol Airport, making travel stress-free. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays."
