"Fantastic boutique hotel. We stayed at the property on our way to a cruise and I've got to say this was amazing. As we entered the property we checked in at the bar which was quick and easy. Our room was large, clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel was near shopping, the rail, the cruise port and hop and go adventures. What more can you ask for? If you're looking for a weekend getaway, this is definitely a town you should check out and this is a hotel suitable for a romantic getaway or even a girls fun weekend. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual ***k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
