"Friendly and helpful staff. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The staff was honest and looked out for my well being. The drinks and the amenities were excellent. I will definitely stay there again."
"The hotel was an excellent choice — conveniently located and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The casino, however, didn’t quite live up to the same standard.
The food was generally good, though a bit inconsistent. The chicken wings, especially the “chicken singa,” seemed to change size daily — one day they were juicy and meaty, and the next they were small and dry.
We also had a disappointing experience when trying to get a player’s card at the casino; the manager simply ignored us, which was frustrating.
Despite those minor issues, I still absolutely love the Dominican Republic and this hotel. I’d definitely come back and would recommend it to others."
