"The hotel had the friendliest staff we've met. They were lovely and always ready to help you. They offered you welcome drinks and cake and they gave us a lot of bottles of water when we went out. The hotel was located in the centre of Hanoi Old Quarters. Breakfast was included and very good with variety. They also offered reasonably priced tour and laundry service by kg, which was excellent and not expensive.

The drink options were expansive, with several juices, teas, coffees, different milk (skim, low fat, whole). They also had a cook that would make you any kind of egg you wanted, including eggs benedfict, upon request. Very nice. "
