"The welcome we received at check in was really friendly and helpful. The room was probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in and th bed was very comfortable. We got a taxi to and from the hotel with ease also and went for food nearby. "

"Hotel stuffed up our friends stay on the night of the Rugby Cup in Brisbane. Most places were booked out. The duty manager eventually was able to have a room for our friends and threw in breakfast (as the room was cheaper than that booked. Very happy with his professionalism and the way he approached the issue."

The only annoying thing is sadly there is building work going on across the street that starts at 6:30 in the morning so being woken up (even with ear plugs) wasn’t the greatest. This is obviously no fault of the hotel but if I had know this was the case when booking I would have booked elsewhere. The room was great, clean, modern and comfortable the front desk staff was amazing even helping me find a tricky light switch at 2 in the morning. All amazing I just...
