"My friend and I had a lovely 5 night stay at the RaajKutir - Kolkata.
All of the staff were extremely helpful in meeting all of our needs including arranging easy and clear airport transport as well as cars to take us around the city and to temples.
Our room was beautiful, spacious and very clean and the food was amazing. The hotel staff including Sous Chef - Ankur Halder, Munshi and Mohan Thapa went out of their way to make us feel welcome and expectations exceed. We also had multiple spa services and the spa staff and facilities were excellent. Many thanks!
I highly recommend RaajKutir to anyone visiting Kolkata.

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I researched many hotels in Kolkata before choosing the Hyatt Regency, and I’m so glad I did. Considering the price, luxury, service, and safety — everything here is truly above the top. The hotel is very neat and clean, and the atmosphere feels both elegant and comfortable.
Their breakfast is phenomenal, offering great variety and quality. The location is also convenient — not far from the international airport, which makes travel easy"
"The hotel is rather new and it is very well organized with the staff going overboard when it comes to hospitality.
The rooms are where the hotel really shines. The decor, lighting, automatic shades, sunlight dimming opaque curtains, motion sensitive area lighting, a bath shower which drowns the guest in a warm watery embrace. There is a lot to like about the rooms. The regular fare is all there including a 70-65 inch TV, but I did not watch anything on it to know its pluses or minuses.
The restaurant downstairs does a good job, but where the Yayavar restaurant can indeed improve its service is in two areas -
1. Do not overcook the veggies in the buffet menu. The string beans were cooked so much, they had turned chewy. One ought to be able to feel a slight crunchiness from the veggies.
2. The F&B staff is so focused on providing an exemplary service that it sometimes feels somewhat intrusive. They should allow a guest to enjoy their meal in peace rather than have to answer a question about how the food is every 3-4 minutes. They should keep the conversations to a minimum unless a guest truly wants a lengthy dialog on anything.
One positive thing I noticed is that the F&B staff remembers guest preferences and does check if they want their fav upon a second visit to the restaurant onwards.
The housekeeping staff leaves no stones unturned in giving you a room which is spic and span.
Other than a couple of minor irritants, my stay was very very good."
