My experience was very good. i had to rebook the hotel again for another short stay. Breakfast was delicious. and hot! The hotel is new and clean...i mean very clean. although the rooms are small.the staff were very helful extremely helpful with checking in again especially Amanda the overnight manager. Karina at the front desk was good and helped me on rebooking.

This hotel was a great place to stay in NYC! Everyone who worked there was super kind. We had 1 King size bed in our room, which was very comfortable. The room was a bit small (which is expected in NYC), but it was fine for 2 people. And although the room was small, it was impeccably clean. The hotel is a short walk to the Metro, so it's easy to get around in the big city. I'd definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay in NYC.

Amazingly friendly staff (front desk/bar) and quite possibly the best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel! The rooms are a bit cramped but doesn't deter from the comfort I had during my stay. Short walk to Madison Square Garden and quite a few eateries and pubs are a definite perk of staying here. Yes, the breakfast here was incredible. Not your typical cereal and bagel lineup. Even with the large occupancy (Marathon weekend), I was able to get full plates as the staff was on point in keeping the eggs, sausage, etc stocked. If you can look past the small-ish rooms, this is one of the better hotels to stay in given what's close by!

Im a big fan of Springhill Suites i love this brand and I stay at them whenever I can. This stay however was a little disappointing. When we entered our room we noticed that the carpet has some debris / lint on it. The rest of the room was clean maybe the vacuum wasnt working correctly. I stay at Springhill "SUITES" because they are suites and have more room than your average hotel room. Unfortunately this was not the case at all. Our room was very small snd should not be called a suite. It was more like a very small room. The staff was very friendly and brekfast was good.
