As a local, I can tell you the area around this property is not bad. However, when you arrive - the exterior and interior front door is locked and you must be "buzzed" in. The front desk is behind plexiglass. This is NOT a welcoming atmosphere. Maintenance of appliances and furniture is poor. Do Not stay here unless it's your last resort.

Ok, for a cheaper named brand hotel

We were initially assigned a king bed room, but the air conditioning wasn't working. We had to switch rooms, but the new room only had a queen bed. Unfortunately, the TV in the new room was stuck in demo mode, limiting its functionality. Additionally, a lamp was missing a light bulb, and the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned, with hair still present. People are also living there and it feels more like an apartment complex.

Vey good located in lake buena vista, perfect for a long stay with a little kitchen that Is perfect, the beds were very good, we didn't have cockroaches, I thought the room was clean. There was never a television, it never worked, there is no cleaning service, you have to be careful with cars, parking is not paid, but the area has many Mxxjuana smokers users, people live on this property

Roach motel

My employer put me up in this hotel but i had to check out after one night of a four night stay. Room was filthy and half a dozen roaches were running around all over making it a very uncomfortable stay. I informed the front desk and checked out the next morning due to the unsanitary conditions. I was told the room would be refunded but my employer has yet to receive a refund.

This is my second visit it only got worse. No cold air in the rooms. I went into my room the sheets were missing and no blankets. They moved me to another room and that was complete but it was not very clean. The bathroom was bad. I spent 30 minutes cleaning it myself. The manager was too busy on the phone with family to help me quicker. The lady came later and did her very best.

I did not sleep because the room had roaches crawling everywhere bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The bed had bed bugs I had to be relocated to a better hotel by Expedia. There were noise all night right up to 4:00am. I don’t recommend this hotel at all to anyone.

Good hotel, with some caveats.

Pros: staff was accommodating, the hotel smelled nice all around, our room was very clean, has a stove and a large microwave. Cons: my room has no iron/ironing board, no USB connection near the TV, and only one trashcan, which is very small.
