Nice hotel eith a good breakfast Perfect for me

The staff clearly didn't care about their customers. No information when I checked in (breakfast, information about the room etc.). Some real loud construction work on the roof from 6AM while breakfast starts at 08AM. Even got charged twice. Breakfast is a joke, even had to ask for napkins. Wasn't the only one btw... Long story short these guys should go to a real hotel to find out how to work in hospitality.

Room very clean, staff was extremely courteous and ready to help, would recommend it

I like the proximity of the La Mauricie National Park the fun activities in the area.

Thé Green area was nice ! The rooms need a little upgrade since the price per night is pretty expensive . Other than that - it’s near everything :)

The staff and location are good, the place is clean. The breakfast needs to be improved.

The housekeeping had not made the beds. There were some ants in the room. Hygiene was a bit of issue.

All in all it was OK. The floors needed to be swept. The fridge had ants in it. The breakfast area, too many people for early morning so it was cramped trying to serve yourself. Did not expect to have tiny breakfast area. Should have been serve in the dinning area.

This a great place to stay. The service is excellent and Jovier puts on a good continental breakfast. The bed is very comfortable and the room is super clean. Will definitely use again.
