1) i did not recieve the parking access keys. I had to park my rental car on street (which is only meant for permit cars).
2) the appartment stinked. It felt like i am staying in a laundry room. There was a strong smell of detergent.
3) there is no ac / tv / fan in the bedrooms. Its pathetic.
4) i booked the appartment instead of hotel so that i can use the kitchen, vut the utensils were filty
5) the dining table had bad stains as if it was not cleaned for ages.
6)wi fi password did not work
No support or Ction from the contact number provid3d after the booking.

The property is very modern and super great location in you need to be close to chadstone.
But the spare pillows has no cases and a blood stain! The “towels” on our beds where actually hand towels so no body towels! The bins hasn’t been taken out so the garage stank! And someone else arrived st the same time as us who was allocated the very same car park space and was very aggressive that we were in it. The lock box for key wasn’t locked, making me feel a bit unsafe. The master bed is like a rock (it needs a pillow top). We wouldn’t stay there again.
